MOD64 Description |

MOD 64 is an input/output expansion module developed for combined operation with SITRAD. With MOD64 you can expand the automation capability of your plant. You can use it to monitor different events, such as: opening a door, turning a switch ON/OFF, the operation of compressors and fans, among others.
Besides event monitoring the MOD64 also allows up to 4 different loads to be controlled. With SITRAD you can combine conditions of different controllers and start an action only if a predefined rule is valid, for example:
- “Activate output 2 when temperature in controller 1 is higher than 80°F and compressors 1 and 2 of controller 5 are in operation”;
- “Activate outputs 1 and 4 when MOD64 input 1 is in operation or when pressure in device 2 is lower than 150psi”.
Besides the combined control with SITRAD, MOD64 is also capable to control up to 2 processes in a stand-alone mode if the respective sensors are connected in the analog inputs 1 and 2 or through the internal cyclic timers.
