Creating a Preset

To create a Preset, follow the instructions provided below:

1) Click on the button Open on the tool bar, or in the File menu, then Open;

2) Type the name for a new Preset in the Name field;

3) Select the desired model in the box called Model;

4) Configure the setup functions for the instrument model chosen, clicking on the desired function and entering the value of the function in the Value field. After entering the value, press Enter for the value to be applied to the preset.

5) After adjusting the desired values, then click on the Save button on the tool bar, or, further, in the File menu item, then hit Save to add this Preset to the list of registered Presets;

 

In the event that the instrument model selected has a special configuration like the option for °C and °F or the operating range, a single box will be combined along side the model for you to choose the Type of the instrument, like the sample of the image below.

Note: To cancel the inclusion of a Preset, click on the Cancel Changes on the toolbar, or further, in the File menu item, then click Cancel.

It is also possible to import the preset from versions prior to 4.0.
