Alarm 1 indicates sensor damaged, short-circuited or opened. It can also indicate that the pressure is out of the sensor operation range.
Alarm 2 indicates that pressure is below the value configured in F19 setup function. Alarm 3 means that pressure is above the value configured in F20 function.
Alarm 4 means that a stage is configured with an alarm and it is alarmed. When no stage is configured with an alarm, this item becomes disabled.
Alarms 5, 6, 7 and 8 relate to the corresponding output and mean that the operation time elapsed without maintenance is longer than allowed (functions F35, F36, F37 and F38).
