Alarm 1 indicates sensor damaged, short-circuited or opened. It can also indicate that the pressure is out of the sensor operation range.
Alarm 2 indicates that pressure is below the limit configured in the F12 function. Alarm 3 means that pressure is above the limit configured in the F14 function.
Alarm 4 indicates an error occurred during autotuning. The error message will be displayed in the box below the alarm and the Silence other alarms button becomes enabled to allow alarm silencing.
